Dough-making machines MO-300, MO-360 are universal dough-making machines for processing dough of all types in small and medium bakeries. You can shape baguettes, buns or even round bread.

MO-881 is an industrial type dough filling machine for use in large or medium-sized bakeries. Thanks to a triple pair of rolling rolls, a seaming table and two clamping boards, almost seamless dough pieces of the desired length and shape are obtained.

MO-930S is a dough cutter adapted for the production of rustic bread. It is equipped with a feeding conveyor, a centering device, two pairs of rolling rolls, an initial rolling grid, a pressure plate and a special outlet tray. All this ensures careful processing of the dough with a humidity level not exceeding 85%.

BM1 is a universal dough forming machine for French baguettes and other long bakery products in medium and small bakeries. The outer skin and the protective casing above the feed mechanism are made of stainless steel.
