The IPP intermediate (pre-) proofing cabinet is designed for use in bakeries of various production capacities. As a rule, cabinets are made on 6-8-10 shelves (cradles). The proofing time of the test pieces can be increased or decreased by opening certain entrance windows. The cabinets are equipped with a double feed system with a load of 2 blanks each.
