The WM-2000 water dispenser is used to dispense water at the required temperature when kneading dough. By carefully controlling the volume and temperature of the water, uniform dough quality and excellent baking results are achieved.
The required volume of water is programmed using a digital panel and displayed on the display.
The water dispenser has inlet channels for hot and cold water with mixing to the required temperature using an easily adjustable control knob. The water can be drained in three different ways: manually, by programming or by time-delayed programming.
